WHAT WE DO

Manufacturing Methods

POWDER METAL

Fine metal powder is compacted into intricate shapes with high production rates and low tooling cost.

Cold Forging

Well-suited for the high-volume manufacturing of small metal parts, with multiple diameters and shapes weighing less than 1 lb.

Machining

Most versatile manufacturing process that utilizes turning and milling operations to produce your desired product.

Injection Molding

Used to form plastics into complex and highly detailed shapes in medium to high volume applications.

Stamping

Stamping converts flat metal strips into specific shapes via metal forming techniques such as blanking, drawing, bending, and piercing.

CASTINGS

Metal shapes are formed by pouring molten metal into a mold cavity, cooled and then extracted from the mold.

Pressure Formed Plastic

Used to form larger plastic panels and trim pieces with cosmetic attributes similar to an injection-molded part.

Additive Manufacturing

Computer controlled process that creates three dimensional objects by depositing fine metal powder into layers that are then sintered into a solid, fully dense component part.
